Who we are and what this policy covers

Flagship Events, a DBA of Top Lead Marketing LLC, Port Charlotte, Florida. This policy explains how we handle personal information through the Flagship Events platform, including event registration, vendor and sponsor applications, payments, QR passports, raffle entries, and email and text notifications.

Event hosts use our platform to run their own events. A host receives information you submit for its event and is responsible for its own use of that information. Review any privacy notice provided by the host. This policy covers our platform services, not unrelated websites linked from them.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, registration details, party members, and any optional child names or ages requested by an event. Vendor and sponsor applications may include business names, contact details, logos, products, booth preferences, and application responses.

We keep records needed to operate events, such as registrations, purchases, payment and refund status, booth assignments, QR passport activity, raffle entries, drawing results, prize claims, and notification preferences. We also process support messages and records of consent and opt-outs.

Our platform and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and security logs. Browser storage helps keep you signed in, remember your passport or event selections, and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to register guests, review applications, assign booths, process payments, provide private portal access, check in attendees and vendors, track QR passport participation, run raffles, and manage prize claims. We also use it to send requested notifications, answer support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

An event host can access records for its event. Authorized event staff and vendors may receive the information needed for check-in, participation tracking, or prize fulfillment. Information submitted for public display, such as a vendor business profile, sponsor logo, or prize listing, can appear on event pages.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments for tickets, booths, sponsorships, and other event purchases. We receive transaction references and payment status, but do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We use providers for hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, and text delivery, including Twilio for SMS. They receive information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

SMS and text messaging

You consent to receive Mom Era Social text messages by entering your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on a web form. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or event registration.

Messages may include event announcements and promotions, schedule details, reminders, raffle times and winner alerts, and vendor check-in information. Message frequency is two to six messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@momerasocial.com. After opting out, you may receive a message confirming your request. You can still contact the event host for event information without subscribing to texts.

Mobile opt-in data and consent is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. This includes event hosts, affiliates, and business partners. We share this information only with service providers as needed to deliver messages and process consent or opt-out requests, or when legally required. Other sharing described in this policy does not authorize sharing SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Email and your choices

We send service emails about registrations, applications, purchases, portal access, event logistics, and raffle results. Where we offer marketing email subscriptions, you can use the unsubscribe link in those emails. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary service messages.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing dsmirnov@flagship.events. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or event administration purposes. Contact the event host about information it holds outside our platform.

Retention, security, and browser storage

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, administer events and claims, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Private passport, vendor, and application links can provide access to your information. Keep those links and any passwords private.

You can clear or restrict cookies and local browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may remove saved access or prevent features from working. Third-party payment pages and embedded services may use their own cookies and policies.

Children and family registration

Adults must complete registrations and manage accounts for children. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to create accounts or submit information directly. A parent or guardian should provide only the child information needed for the event. Contact us if a child has submitted information without appropriate adult involvement or if you want to request removal of a child's information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
